Bing 1/24/67 200/3 carburetor (vergaser)

Does anyone know what engine a Bing 1/24/67 200/3 carburetor came from? I know it is the correct number for the DKW RT 200, but perhaps this carburetor was intended for a 3-cylinder DKW motorcycle, like the 1955 racing DKW? A supply of these has turned up in Argentina, original, new Bing carburetors from the 50's. I wonder if they were meant for a 3-cylinder engine that DKW did not put into production, something to do with the DDR factory maybe?
